Rules for using Medi Help Service

Acceptance

By using our website, mobile app, or calling our dispatch center you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not request our services.

Service scope

Medi Help Service provides emergency ground transportation, non-emergency transfers and clinical support in our service areas. We strive for timely arrivals but cannot guarantee response times due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

We reserve the right to refuse service when continuing would violate law, pose a safety risk, or if payment cannot be arranged for non-emergency trips.

Accounts & bookings

You are responsible for keeping credentials and contact information current. Any updates should be made through your profile or by contacting our support team.

Booking details such as pickup location, patient condition and insurance information must be accurate. Provide additional context when required by dispatchers or paramedics.

Payments & cancellations

Fees for emergency services are collected after transport and depend on distance, crew type and level of care. Non-emergency transfers may require advance payment. We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets and approved insurance coverage.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. No-show or late cancellations may result in a billing charge outlined in our Refund Policy.

User obligations

Users must cooperate with our crew, follow their instructions and disclose relevant medical history. Harassment, violence, or behavior that endangers crew or patients will result in refusal of service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Medi Help Service is not liable for indirect losses, missed appointments, or outcomes beyond the control of our medical staff.

Total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that triggered the claim.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Assam, India. Disputes should be resolved in the appropriate courts in Guwahati.

We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. We will post the revision date at the top of this page and notify you when required.
