Use Of Fily

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful marketplace activity. Listings may be reviewed, approved, rejected, hidden, or removed when they are incomplete, misleading, expired, or unsafe.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the truthfulness of listing details, prices, photos, contact information, availability, documents, and service commitments shared through Fily.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should verify listing details before making payments, visiting locations, applying for jobs, or booking services outside the platform.

Subscriptions And Payments

Provider visibility depends on active subscription status. Payments are processed through supported payment partners, and subscription access may expire, be cancelled, or be restricted according to plan status.

Content Moderation

Fily may moderate listings, profiles, reviews, banners, and user activity to protect marketplace quality and user safety.
